Let me start by saying I have changed this page so many times that I give up on perfecting it and know that it will change in the future (again).

♥ At a glance people think I am a bitch… but I am just a thinker, very intense, extremely observant and a good listener. After you get to know me I am the biggest goofball most of the time.
♥When I was younger I wanted to be a DJ or even a VJ on MTV/TRL – My name of choice Daisy Dee. Funny thing is I later discovered there was actually someone that used that name from Eurpoe. She is a singer, actress and tv host.

♥ I am an undercover perfectionist – if I know I am unable to do something PERFECTLY I usually do not even attempt to do it… just look at this website… half-assed at the moment.
♥ Almost completed with B.A. in Social Science with a double concentration in Psychology & Sociology
♥ According to my long time friend & cyber twin Kristina we are in competition on who’s the whitest black girl ever. You can either be offended or laugh at that last statement, but we laugh at that. (stole that from her site… lol)
♥ I have been online/blogging/writing/ etc. since 1998 and have had several domains, online journals and blogs. I currently have 2 other domains in the making that I will surely write about when they come into fruition. I have not actually designed a site since maybe 2001.

The Domain/Blog
This domain & and blog is a “personal” one. A place to discuss my life as a student, employer/entrepreneur & writer as well as fashion, beauty products and other girly things that are of interest to me.

I live on the beautiful island of Oahu in Hawaii.
The name “her tainted lips” came to me during one of my frequent insomnia-induced idea moments. My best friend had recently purchased me a Lancome lip gloss in Tumultuous and it inspired me to create a blog about my love of lip gloss and other beautiful things.
Also, I am the laid back, “funny girl” that your boyfriend likes to hang out with… just kidding… but really… I like to get a good laugh out of people and can be fairly sarcastic at times… the words from my lips may be tainted… but I always speak from a loving place.
